That totally made my day.

I love how the falcon is just chilling out on his handlebars at the end.

I feel like it would be a spoiler to say any more.

Thanks for sharing. The Peregrine Falcon is a superb bird. And it's extremely fast, this must have been quite a challenge to capture on film! Every time I had the chance to see one in action I was totally impressed, a marvel of nature really :)

Great video! There are a few mated pair of peregrines that live in Chicago. It's amazing watching them take a pigeon in flight. They are very good at what they do.

Meh Something with wings vs something with wheels - I'll take the wings every time.

Love the wings retracting mid dive for speed. I could watch birds of prey all day............

I was rooting for the falcon.

I just told my wife I want a falcon to cycle with, but she said no.

No, that is an osprey.

The video reminds me of my friend and her old job with falconry:

This is a Harris's Hawk.

Just think, if the pro teams could train these falcons, they would be the ultimate domestiques. They could bring bottles and gu's to the leaders, all the while freaking out the competition.

You just have to try and ride as fast as Gee (on really rocky terrain) and you'll have all the excitement you can handle! ;)
