Not too shocking - MJs is a Parlee dealer. It was probably one of the stock versions that they had on the floor...

Its a custom, although they offer stock sizes. I guess that means tube selection, and perhaps other appointments can be specified. Regardless, Parlee is a super nice bike.

As a Parlee owner...I preferred him on a Trek...I can just hear it now.....(Some Livestrong'd out Noob comes up to me):help:...."cool bike...that's what Lance rides...right.....man that guy's done so much good, he really got screwed....don't you think?"

I have a Parlee for sale in the classifieds. Please tell your Lance-supporter friends that they can ride the same bike as him for a fraction of the retail cost!!!

I not sure how this damages the brand. Regardless of what he has done or what he has taken he has still ridden a bucket load of miles on many frames and chose this for his next bike. I wouldn't for a second call him a role model but he likely does know a thing or two about nice bikes.

And FWIW, I own a Parlee Z1X. I've owned it for 6 years. I love it. I still love it and I don't give a rats who else owns one.

i mean, like, this is all so similar to when paris hilton got a bentley and turned it all, you know, pink. i mean, like, from that point on i was like, no WAY i would ever get a bentley since it's like ohmygawwwwwd, you know? my friends were all, you know, so tickled pink. but it just totally ruined it for me, fer sure.

Lance has gotten some nice new bikes lately; Moots, Crumpton, Parlee. I like this one the best so far. I do not, however, agree with the choice of hub on his Enve 3.4s, though.
