Don't pull a cap down tight on your head-
Don't wear a worn or washed cap- they should look like they were pulled out of the stack of caps-
Don't wear caps under helmets in hot weather unless you have cut the top out of the cap to make it into a visor- the cap under helmet goes along with leg warmers and booties- it is not a baseball cap, and only a summer accessory when worn by itself.
