Post a picture or two. There are some very knowlegeable viewers on this forum.

Some might even claim to know the month it was made.

If you post the serial number that will probably help as well.

You could also contacting litespeed with the serial number.

You could also look for old catalogs on the web.

Good Luck.

Most bikes have a serial number stamped below the bottom bracket shell. Usually that serial number has the date imbedded in that code, but you might need some help from the manufacturer to decipher it.

compare yours to the ones on BikePedia. then compare to whats stated in litespeed catalogs. http://www.tirides.com/wp/fabricators/jkl/litespeed/litespeed-catalog-archive/ and by all meams POST A PHOTO. we can't guess.

I have most of the Colorado Cyclist catalogs from 1995 - 2005 or so if you can't come up with the right year of Litespeed catalog. It's hit and miss with them as they didn't sell all models every year, but I'm sure they sold the Tuscany at some point.

As others have stated, it's all about checking out the catalogs and comparing details.

I would start with the headtube:

1. Is it 1" or 1 1/8"
2. If it is 1 1/8", does it have an integrated headset or does it have external cups?

This will at least get you started down the path to nail it down to a few years range. 1" = 1998 or 1999, 1 1/8" without integrated is 2000-2001, 1 1/8" with integrated is 2002 or later. They also started using a 31.6 seatpost versus a 27.2 sometime around 2005. I believe that they also went BACK to the non-integrated headset later on, but I'm not 100% sure on this. I'm willing to bet that if your bike uses a 31.6 seatpost AND has a non-integrated headset, then it will be at least a 2006/7 or newer.
