Waxed Canvas/Leather Messenger Bag / Pannier Combos

Anyone know of any messenger bag / pannier combinations that are a bit fancier looks-wise than the standard Ortlieb/Timbuk2 offerings? Looking for something I can hook onto my commuter's rack, and then sling over my shoulder without looking too dressed-down. Thinking along the lines of a waxed canvas bag or leather bag with some latches for the rack.

Carradice Bike Bureau or Cavo. I have a black bike bureau with nylon snaps, but the navy one with leather is beautiful.
