Any opinions on this stem?Good, bad, indifferent See them on ebay and seem to be one of the few silver stems that allows changing bars easily.

I had heard that slipping was a problem because the large plastic piece did not grip as well as the alloy.

I found a good source recently for cheap stems both threaded and threadless with two-bolt frontplates for easy change...

Take a look at the Cinelli Groove stem. The price is RIGHT.
