As much as I love TNG -- which is with a deep and abiding passion, though DS9 is easily the best Star Trek series -- those first two seasons were groan inducingly bad.

Without Stewart, I don't know if the thing would have survived.

Back on topic! Great commercial -thanks Ari! Both Spocks rock. TNG was the best and I can't wait until the 17th for the new Star Trek movie to be released.

As for which Star Trek version, well though it might not seem like it now, due to the context of the time, I think the original is best. Love watching the remastered HD versions on Amazon. Originally watched them on a 12 inch black and white all vacuum tube TV. (which still works by the way).

My close second would be the Enterprise series though I suppose it is least popular in general.
