Good bike shops in Quebec City?

I'll be heading to Quebec City for a few days this summer, and always like to hit any nice bike shops nearby. Any suggestions? My preference is looking at the higher end road bikes, but any nice shops are welcome.

We will be staying in Vieux Quebec, and I hope to head out to Ile d'Orleans for a ride or two - maybe circling the island if I can convince my wife to let me escape that long. Any other routes that forumites might suggest? I prefer to head out of the city so I can stretch my legs a bit.

I'd also appreciate any suggestions for great espresso bars, boulangeries, fromageries and restaurants. Think trip to Paris...but with a shorter flight.

Can't help with the bike shops, but the Marché du Vieux Port on the Saint-André Quai is a huge, year-round market featuring local produce, cured meats, etc. Also conveniently located adjacent to one of the main bike paths leading out of the congested port area of town.
