Thread size for the screw anchoring LOOK cleat memory tab

Hi,
does anyone know the thread size for the screw that anchors the memory tab in the middle of LOOK-style cleats?

I recently purchased a pair of Fizik road shoes that did not come with the middle screw and I want to find replacements of the correct size.
