Too bad, but after the near collapse last year I guess not too surprising. I am happy I got to race a few of the races and go to worlds this year.

There were hints about this in our local cx group for a week or two, so no surprise

It will certainly raise the profile of the larger local events around here like Gloucester and Providence (not that they really need it) and CycleSmart

I am sure the bigger events nationwide will benefit as well

It may be easier for the events that were part of the USGP to carry on without the fees, etc but to offer the UCI points will still be pricey. Hopefully they will pull it off

soooo sad, they were great races and well run. Always a highlight of the year. I will miss not having a national series and competing against the best riders in the country.
