I wonder what will happen to all the singletrack that was on that property? I have raced out there before and those trails were awesome. That part sucks, unless this was a different property he sold.

I think your thinking of the Dripping Springs estate. That sold a couple of years ago. Yeah that singletrack was great.

Yep. Y'all are right. Shows you how much attention I pay to it. That was a great race course. Nice estate too with some nice views.
