A friend of mine is looking for a new tandem to ride with his wife. After my good experience with Bike Friday, and some reviews I have read about their tandems, I recommended he take a look at them. He's interested enough that he'd like to see one in person, and perhaps ride it a bit.
So, here's the long shot request. Does any one on the forum have a Bike Friday tandem they would be willing to make available to him for a test ride? Compensation in the form of beer or your other favorite food/beverage. Or, even better, know of a Bike Friday dealer in the Boston area that's not listed on their website?
Barring him finding a bike to test ride, does anyone here have experience with folding tandems? Particularly Bike Fridays?
