Do PF30 BB Cups "wear-out"? (i.e. Campy Ultra-Torque OS-Fit Integrated Cups, or any other PF Cups)

I have seen some wear on the inside of these cups from some movement of the bearings in the cups. BUT mostly first and second gen, non green or black ones.
I wouldn't say they 'wear out'.
