A tradition that started last year is having crepes while I watch Paris Roubaix. I have crepes twice a year, the day before Paris-Roubaix to make sure I haven't forgotten how to do them... and then on the morning of Paris-Roubaix. Oh Yeah!

Matt are you talking breakfast crepes? Sweet (fruit filled) or savory? I love crepes! When my kids were little I used to make dessert crepes all the time, haven't had one in years now!

These were breakfast crepes... Just a bit of butter, cinnamon and sugar. Tomorrow I may do a few like that, or with strawberries.... Also maybe some with granny smith apples and cheddar cheese...
