I was considering a switch to a Romin Pro 143 on my new bike due to Fizik's lack of a lighter ergo option but they've added braided versions of all the Versus. Not super light, but at least a little more commitment to the channel if not a cut out.

I know, but sometimes we get a little weenie-ish when thinking about a new custom. Also, they've seemed so resistant to those of us who like a cut out/channel. The Kurve with the softer padding in the center didn't work for me.

I hope these are improved because the one I tried was no good....for me anyway. I ended up with a Specialized Romin and can ride century after century with no trouble.
