Is not blue tinted carbon, they applied a slight blue tint to the clear coat, probably is just 1 or 3 coats of candy blue just for the looking over the black to be noticeable, then regular clear.

Yeh, but Mr. B has a blue cape, so I think this bike is just right for him.
