BB30 vs PF30 wrt to Campagnolo compatibility

I have frame to build up with a PF 30 BB installed. What is the best way to install campy ultra torque cranks on this system?

Can I use the Campy adaptors or are they only for BB30?

Then, am I left with the Wheels manufacturing adaptors for campy to PF30?

Thanks, this is so confusing for a square spindle/octalink guy.

The Parlee PF30 cups seem to be nice a deep profile for good contact,
and won't make the noise or shifting that some people have had with the campag cups.

Campagnolo makes PF BB30 cups. 'Some' have said they aren't deep enough, but I have installed a few and they seem to work fine. The Wheels adapter double bearing type, works well also.
