Selling these wheels to fund a 650b build. I built up the rear wheel and bought the front wheel roughly a year ago with the intention of racing crits and time trials. But since I don't race anymore, these haven't seen much use.

These wheels only have a couple hundred miles on them. They are in great shape, true and round with even tension and no defects. The anodizing on the brake tracks wore off after a couple of rides, so they're silver now. I'll post pics if there's interest.

Here are the specs:

FRONT WHEEL
Rim: H Plus Son SL42 clincher, 20 hole black
Spokes: DT Aerolite black
Hub: Formula

REAR WHEEL
Rim: H Plus Son SL42 clincher, 24 hole black
Spokes: Wheelsmith double-butted, black
Hub: HED Sonic, Campy compatible

Weight is in the neighborhood of 1750-1800 grams, which is pretty light for such a deep aluminum rim. The wheels spin up nicely and really hold their speed. The ride quality is firm but not harsh or jarring. I think the lower spoke counts help in this regard. Finally, while crosswinds are more noticeable, they really aren't an issue. For reference, I weigh 190 pounds.

I thinking $300 and I'll split shipping costs. PM me!

Here's a stock photo of the front wheel:

I believe so, but I'm not 100% sure. Here's a source for Hed freehub bodies:

I believe the hub is pre-2009, since it came from a Hed Alps wheel.
