Hi,

I am in the process of getting a new MTB hardtail from FireFly.

But I am wondering which shape is nicer and better

Whisbone like they do the "trident"
whisbone as Moots
the key hole as Seven and IF

I have never seen a FireFly unless on pictures how does it looks ? how does it rides ?

thank you for you help and ideas.

What other things should be considered according to you

It is personal but s-bend stays are always nice looking and preferred to me. Since FireFly is a custom builder, they can probably make you what you like. Ask them to send you some sample pictures of various types so you can pick one you like.

When I ordered my Firefly, which is sort of a drop bar trail bike/urban assault creature, I debated the segmented rear triangle but ended up going with a more traditional setup. Personal preference. If I had to do it over again, I'd probably go with segmented as it matches my current Hunter fork.

Will you ever put a fender on it for sloppy days?
I have a Zefal rear fender that snaps on. It does not work with a wishbone.
Otherwide does not matter.
