Sonoma Bike Rental/Routes?

Heading to Sonoma for a vacation this August. I've seen a couple places I can rent a decent bike online -- as shipping my own will be more a hassle than its worth. Any recommendations on shops to rent from in the area?

Also, since everything I hear about Sonoma riding begins with "Its awesome" and ends with people babbling incoherently like they've seen the face of God, any recommendations on routes out there? Would be looking for a 100k ride, tops. Maybe more realistically 80k or so.

Yes, there are differences between Sonoma the town, Sonoma Valley, and Sonoma County.

IMO, the Cavedale-Mt. Veeder loop that SRCC recommends in the following link is fabulous (in terms of the climbing and the scenery): http://srcc.memberlodge.com/Default.aspx?pageId=274862

Trinity Grade is another road nearby that is a great climb (used in the old Coors Classic Stage Race and in the Tour of California.

Westside rd up to Dry Creek Valley. Great wine in Dry Creek.

1986 when driving with my parrents in the van, I had to talk my way throught the CHP cordon to get to the top in time to spectate after the race had started in Sonoma. Mom was amazed.
