Not sure how many are, or were into this kind of music. One of my favorite bands and drummers, growing up. That era Maiden (and up to Seventh Son) never gets old, IMO.

paul di'anno over bruce any day but bruce took maiden to greater heights than paul could have. same thing with bon scott and brian johnson. my all time favorite is neil young but old school metal still rules

The debut, Killers and The Number of the Beast are timeless classics, in the genre. Burr (and Harris, of course) was the backbone on those records.
