Got my first carbon frame... scouring the web, lots of different answers, so...

Carbon Frame, Carbon Seatpost... use carbon Paste?

I have some FSA carbon paste, just wanted to confirm thats what to use...

Plan on stripping off the shimano stuff tonight to build up full campy... hoping to get it on the road in a few days...

Yes. Carbon-to-carbon means paste.

Whatever you do, use the paste and then don't over-tighten. If you have a torque wrench, try and stay around 4nm on everything and if it slips only then go higher.

If you don't have a torque wrench, then you'll just have to guess, but try less pressure and then if it slips you can always tighten more later.

If you don't have a torque wrench, then you'll just have to go buy a torque wrench.

fixed it for you.

Got a set of torque wrenches, so all set on that front... Necessity to wrenching in my opinion....
