It means a lot to me to get birthday wishes (I don't get them from many now-a-days).

The hamstring is doing better, mostly because I have gotten some sense and am taking it a little easy.

I had a wonderful 40 mile ride around Tiburon with my best friend since 6th grade, I spoke with my brother on the phone, and now I'm getting ready to go out to dinner with my mother (she, after all, did most of the work). All in all it has been a good day.

And you've made the day even better!
