New tires

Just received some Gran Bois 700 x 30 & mounted them. They look perfect on my CX bike-I mainly ride road-dirt road & a few fire roads. They remind me of clinchers back when you could tell from a distance whether a bike had sew-ups or clinchers. I have been swapping between CX tires & 25c road tires so I am hoping these will cover both bases.

I've heard good things about those. Are they any different from Panaracer Paselas besides the tread?

Not sure about Panaracers. New to this wide tire thing-But I really like the look & feel of these Gran Bois.

Paselas are not in the same league as Grand Bois. i use Paselas when i need flat protection in winter/night and GB when i want a great riding tire

I took a short ride on the Grand Bois. These are some very special tires. I am not very sensitive to the feel of things but these tires made an already great riding bike feel incredible. Can not wait to blast down some serious descents with these.
