You are using a small monitor -- on a widescreen monitor, all the advertisements are in a single horizontal banner.

I'm also looking into rotating the ads around so everyone has equal visibility.

Not bad but I don't feel like these could induce a seizure......maybe step it up a notch or even two!

I like the cleanness of the ads and simple layout. Doesn't distract from us here, but we can clearly see who is supporting this group.
