...her omelette skills are lacking.

I missed that (then again, my eyes weren't on the omelet )

that is very impressive. I sometimes try to use the computer while on the trainer, and it isn't always as smooth as her omlette making.

Riding the rollers while doing other stuff is no small feat. But that omelette looked pretty haggard...

More like scrambled eggs. Sorry, Siri.

I thought it was incredible.
I've spent a couple of winters on the rollers and couldn't even dream of cooking while spinning. I can barely take a drink.

Very impressive.

Reminds me that I need to sell my rollers.

We have some tough critics here! I'd like to read while rolling.

Put me in the impressed camp.

I tried out my new to me rollers yesterday, and I never let go of the doorway.

I've also never been able to make a omelette that didn't come out as scrambled eggs.

Those are Scandinavian sort-of-scrambled eggs - typically called an "omelett" Same ones I make at home (not on rollers).

It's basically minimally scrambled eggs, no turnover, no filling, just salt, pepper, and a little bit of milk.

They appear to do them the same way on the other side of the mountains.

I'm reasonably competent on rollers but there's no way I'd go near a hot stove. Getting burns from a "bike crash" would make quite a story.

Probably just my distorted video, but is she riding those tapered rollers? You know, the ones that are higher at the edges?

That would make it a bit easier...

I dunno, I've never gotten that one-handed egg cracking thing down myself, so I'll reserve judgement.

It would be awesome, though, to plate those eggs with some fresh-grilled sausage:
