Cannondale BB30 threaded adapters

Anyone installed/removed them? I have a frame here that has them, and thinking of pulling them and using one of the BB30 cranks I have sitting around. How tight is the press fit? I'm wondering if they can be tapped out with a punch, or if I need to make a puller. Hoping they are not loctited in.

I recommend taking it to a Cannondale dealer to get it removed - they'll have the right tool for the job and damage is less likely to be incurred.

If the adapter is installed from the factory, it's green loctited. Another reason to use the right tool.

Cannondale is generally known for making the best tolerance BB30 shell out there because its their technology, so count on the press being pretty tight.
