So, has anyone owned or ridden one of these? What's the ride like? And would you recommend it?

FWIW, I'm not looking for me... :crap: I'm helping a mate shop for a new bike and this cropped up as a possibility. This dude is 5'6", 140, does 300km per week, can dish out the punishment when in the mood but harbours no ambitions of racing.

Actual dollars are irrelevent but the deal he can get seems like a good one, CT2 with DA10 comes in line ball with a similarly equipped Fierte Ti or Specialized Tarmac S-Works.

I haven't actually tried a CT2, but I've had a CT1--the predecessor--with a Force fork for about four years now and I really like the bike. Good handling (maybe just me liking the Nag geometry and the fork). For vague and subjective labels, I'd toss in "smooth" and "lively."

Never ridden one. But what it's worth, your mate should be able to get a good deal because this frame are discontinued.

I agree with djg.

Looks like my CT-1 may fit your friend. No, I'm not selling.
