Apparently the Gov'r is warning they can jail you for up to a year for driving in this storm past 4 EST.
So, where's that leave cycling in the storm? I would say since Mass. precedent has shown that their DAs won't prosecute for killing cyclists, there should be no problems for snowbikes.
How bout if you hit a person on a snowbike during the storm, you get life. That's justice.

Well, that's my point. People are inevitably going to break this made-up law. How bout proportional punishment for those who wreak havoc in addition to disobeying guidelines?
