24 inch tubulars?

Hi,
I recently aquired a Funny bike that has a 24 inch front tire.

It currently has a "panaracer kiddy".

I have heard that there are 4 different sized 24 inch tires.

Does anyone know what catagory the Kiddy fell into?

or what size tire I need for a araya, superhard anodized, aero4 rim?

The araya is a regular size tubular, nothing special. Just plain tubulars.
