Is there a spray/rub/additive any of you prefer to make your sunglasses a little more resilient to fogging?

I just picked up a set of clear jawbone lenses, and even though they have the vents, they fogged so bad the other night on the way home that I couldn't see the road in front of me after climbing a little hill..

Dish soap works. Or alternatively, when I was in a pool 20 hours/week, we'd just lick the goggles.

I think Oakley has a special coating on some of their lenses (Radar lenses possibly?) that water sheets off of and fog condenses quickly and runs off.

Baby shampoo always worked on hockey visors

I use Liberty Sport anti fog lens cleaner (liberty sport.com). I got mine at my optician

Spit - just as good as anything else.

Spit or tobacco juice. You can smell both. I don't like either. Rain-X works too. Will have to try the shaving cream.

I used Cat Crap during my running days. Seemed to work well, though I haven't tried it on a bike.

Any bar soap will work...

Just buff it in (no water)

any concern about a pretty nasty chemical right by your eyes and most likely contacting your face?

Oakley makes a spray - take them to a store and ask them to demo it for you.

+1 on cat crap. I found an old pot of it recently. It's 30+ years old, so I haven't opened it.

I'll try the soap before I go to Rain X. For the OP who's worried about chemicals from Rain X getting in your eyes - how about soap - that stings badly.

Cat Crap works well. I have also used a hockey visor spray from 1 Excel which I believe was purchased by Oakley

My last Oakley came with a sml bottle of stuff. Never used it. Always have a bunch of Rain X around, but wonder about loss of clarity in the long run.

Wear glasses that don't hug your face.. A flat profile will allow air behind the lens which reduces fogging.

Spit - just as good as anything else.

Works even better in a mix with phlegm :)
