One of the guys in our regular group, early 50s, did his post-work workout at the local Y last night.

Employees found him behind the wheel of his car when they closed for the night.

He had dealt with some cardiac issues a year ago but was doing fine and working out on a doctor supervised plan.

We are all stunned

Take care of yourselfs and give those special folks in your life an extra hug

You just never know

That is sad to hear a person who worked to be healthy has passed.

Everyone, be sure to live in the present moment and enjoy as much of what life offers, because your time here is limited.

On the bright side, when you pass on, you can have ANY bikes you want on the other side and the winds are always a tail-wind!

RIP

Bruce, are they going to do an autopsy?

If so, and you know the results, please give us an update. It will be interesting to figure out what really happened.

Yes, live life folks.

My father in law won a few medals in 1956 and 1960 Olympics, and had a stroke at 52 years old. He survived, but at 74, he is just barely ticking along. He is happy to be alive, but it sure is shocking to see pictures of him as a gold medallist - 1.85m tall and all perfectly tuned muscle.

RIP, Bruce

I hope not:eek: but I get what you meant and thank you.

I will share any information that we get.

It's all pretty new, sudden, and a bit shocking right now.
