I just completed a 15 minute online health assessment and earlier today had a 15 minute "biometric health screening" that consisted of, weight, height, finger prick to test cholesterol and glucose and a waist circumference measurement.
I get $150 health incentive for doing all that, sweet! What should I spend it on?

Whiskey and cigarettes.
Yes!
Really, I'm just impressed I get an incentive for some preventative stuff. That seems pretty cool to me.

You should post your screening results here for critique.

I happen to have similar numbers on hand (test is from Nov of last year)
BP 120 / 84
Glucose 92
HDL Choles 43
Total Choles 175
LDL Choles 101
Triglicerides 155
measured after fasting
Weight: about 15 lbs more than where I want to be
Editorial comments: Not horrible, and the doc was not at all concerned, but IMO they could be significantly better. I think these are considered decent only because so many others in the US are so bad off.

Beer is the obvious choice.
Other than calories, it's perfectly harmless. (Assuming you don't drink and drive and don't have a drinking problem.)
