I am using them now on a Felt FC with a SRAM S975 Quarq GXP crank. No issues. The wavy washer goes on the drive side between the adapter and the crank spider.

Another great option is the adapter from Praxis Works. Seems like a much more secure setup, and probably something I'll be getting for my next BB30 bike, as I'm hoping to run Dura Ace 9000 on it...

I'm not a big fan of press-in adapters. They can be a nightmare to remove. The Wheels Mfg. pop in and out easily. There is no flex whatsoever in the crank, at least in mine.

I used a SRAM set on a Time that I owned briefly and they worked perfectly. I sold the Time but still have the adapters for some silly reason. PM me if you want them at a reasonable price. You won't be able to distinguish them from new.

Our go to adapter for BB30/PFBB30 BBs and shimano cranks. Works great.
