Where and when will you be selling? If ebay, then search completed listings. Take excellent pictures, start bidding low, no reserve.

Use this to help identifying parts: http://velobase.com/ViewBrand.aspx?BrandID=547f3aa0-e86c-41a3-b5a6-f75628ea75e7&From=T

Cranks look like Victory
Pedals are Superleggeri (similar to SR but steel spindle)
Seatpost is Nuovo Record. Worth more if 27.2
Brake levers appear to be Victory as well, but possibly something else.

Thank you appreciate it, The seat post is 26.8.

I saw the pedals listed for $475 not sure if that"s the correct value?

No.

You want to search completed auctions / sold items. Asking prices mean less than nothing. There are some crackpots out there...

Looks like $200ish if NOS. One set sold for $349 BIN, but I would consider that an outlier. Another sold for $130ish NOS with box, probably an outlier on the low side.

Victory/Triomphe crank..made from about 1995 thru 1999..116mm chainring bolt dameter..hard to find rings for. Used 109mm BB but 111(ISO) works also.

Victory/Triomphe levers-'banana cutter(exposed housing) only.

Nuovo Record seatpost and pedals, SuperRecord(alloy) toe clips..if the boxes are correct.

Check completed ebay listings for approximate $.

If ya don't want to do it yourself, contact these guys.

The Pros Closet-local, good guys.

I think you mean 1985-1989, no?

That's what I recall working at the LBS at the time.

The pedals are "superleggera" model with alloy cages vs. the regular NR pedals with steel cages.... The levers are drilled and may be C-record or super record from the same 1985-1989 era as the Victory cranks.

these are victory cranks. the triomphe arms taper to a narrow "notched" neck just beneath where the ring rests, like this. otherwise victory/triomphe cranks are the same and the years of production are in the mid '80s not '90s.

Thats what I thought too. I built up a few bikes at the shop with Victory and Triumph in the late 80's.
