I have a friend who's restoring an old Raleigh Competition. Anyone have a Jubilee tucked away?
Thx

If TV has one, you're golden.

I've kept mine over all others I've had as a beautiful engineering tour de force which I admire. One of the more amazing pieces of work of the day, back when things were analog and men were walking on the moon, and you could get a 145g RD sans carbon or ti. (credit to Brian Eno for the moon and analog reminder!)

The pamflets said like 120 grams... either way thats super light, too light IMO.

I just put a whole NOS set on ebay with shifters, FD and RD.

If he's interested, I could knock a bit of the closing price since people have already started bidding.
