When I first posted my bike in the gallery, some people commented that it would look better with a silver seatpost rather than the black one it had. I agreed, but because it needs a 30.6mm seatpost there weren't many options. I found out about a Thomson post in 30.6mm but they're not easy to find.
I found one but wasn't sure if I could get my correct position using a zero setback post. But I thought I'd give it a try anyway. It arrived a few days ago and I can get the saddle in the right position, so I'm really pleased. I think it definitely looks better with a silver post.
Sorry about the crappy background but all the other potential spots had too many weeds in front!!
