Specialized: Anyone know someone that works there?

I applied for an interesting job at Specialized and would like to possibly make a connection to get the inside track on how their HR works. Does anyone know anyone who works there in some sort of design capacity?

Design for what? Bikes- what type? Softgoods? Parts?
They have departments.

Product Manager?
You can see where I am going- they are very compartmentalized and no one really does 1 job from start to finish.
