Looks like a good deal - there must be at least $800 worth of bikes there. I bet he picked up every bike sitting on the curb waiting for the bulk trash pick up day.

Level top tube, no reflectors, nice quill and worn saddle (Concor?)...looks like the white saddled bike to the right might be something, but judging by its neighbors it's probably a Huffy or Free Spirit.
