if those are several years or so old, then yes they are very, very good wheels (i have no idea about the more recent versions, but the old ones were great). damned near indestructible. i had a pair for about 8-10 years and beat the heck outta them. apart from racing battenkill on 'em (a good endurance test if there ever was one), one of the best durability tests was flying down a hill in new jersey at 35-40mph where i must've clipped a small twig that freakishly flipped into the rear wheel. the momentum busted a few spokes, twig flipped around and sheared the derail right off the frame and snapped the chain in the process, and then the twig jammed to a halt somewhere against the seat stays, which of course prompted a 20'+ skid (and the tube popped after the tire shredded right through to the rim bead). i somehow manged to stay upright. that was one expensive cab ride back to manhattan....

will never forget that day--i was supposed to be going to a wedding that afternoon, and i convinced my then-girlfriend, and now wife, that it was ok for me to get in a quick spin prior. oh sure it'll be fine, i said....hah!

the local lbs replaced a few spokes, trued it up, good as new and kept on truckin' for another 4-5 years before i eventually sold 'em. i'm sure they live on on someone's bike in nyc. sold 'em to a guy for dirt cheap at a starbucks on 1st avenue!

if i had need for another set of wheels i'd buy these in a heartbeat.

my kuota came with those wheels, the darn things as you say were really good and held my 200 pounds ass really good. Sold them to a kid that was loooking for that model in specific for CX.

The Circuits are fantastic wheels. I have 2 sets of the Easton-branded Circuits and love them. They're around 1600ish grams, smooth, responsive, and have silent hubs that seem to spin forever. They've been extremely reliable and are perfectly true.

I just paid $215 for a set of Easton Circuits. I wish I would have held off a few weeks and bought these!
