My son has outgrown this so time to pass it on. This will work for kids in the 7-11 age range, depending on size of course. This is a 2008 model and is still considered one of the best quality mountain bikes for kids. It retailed for almost $1100! Bikeradar.com raved about it here:

You can see the specs there as well. It weighs 23.8 pounds with the MKS platform pedals shown. Bike is lightly used and in great shape save for some nicks on the black crankarms. Great components including XT rear derailleur. Rear tire is showing wear but I will include a new Maxxis tire.
