Pearl Izumi sizing

I'm interested in buying a Pearl Izumi Elt Thermal Barrier Jacket. I have longish arms (5'9" wingspan), and usually wear medium. Will a medium have long enough arms? Does someone have this or similar they could give me measurements from?

Their sleeves run long typically.

I recently purchased a PI Elite soft shell jacket in my usual size - small. The body of the jacket fits great, but the sleeves are a little long. If you usually wear a medium and have long arms, the PI cut should work well for you. To be safe, check the return policy of the vendor.

Longish in the arms as noted. One thing that's a little odd with PI is the chest sizing range is different than most manufacturers. A small is 37", a medium is 39". A medium is 38" in most other manufacturers. For quality and dollars spent, PI is a decent value. If they just fit me for tops.
