Wow that is nice. I am very far from Seattle, but from what I recall Queen Anne is a beautiful neighborhood.

?? 57mm brakes.The brake pads are at the top of the slots. That will probably limit you to 25mm tires with fenders.

That bike has been on eBay 3-4 times now starting at $1950, with no bids FWIW.
