Value, quality, appropriate price for a ti schwinn paramount

I have a chance to purchase a Serotta built ti Schwinn Paramount frame with a chris king headset and a look 1" threadless fork. The seller and I have not agreed on a price yet - can anyone provide some insight into the ride quality, stiffness and good price?
