Just came in from a 45-minutes spin around the neighborhood....atop my MTB. Not bad at all!
Back to work...
We went 21, fourth ride this week.
Yep, got in 71 miles today after roads dried from the rain last night, made for a beautiful day to ride.

I'm a morning rider. watch the sun come up. I find that very inspirational and motivating!

Yesterday was 66 degrees in Denver with the sun high in the sky. Luckily, I got an hour ride in over lunch. Then last night, I attended a presentation at Wheatridge Cyclery with Ben S. It was very interesting to hear about his passion for building bikes and how the proper fitting of a bicycle became so important to him.
It was a great day for cycling.

It may not be lunch time, but just back from an hour cycling through the North Shore area of Boston.
Sunny, breezy and in the low 40s.
An absolutely beautiful ride.
