What is the cause of Campy shift levers being located off center from the rubber bumper button on the brake lever. Some shifters are right on center while others can be located completely off of the rubber bumper. Also some will touch the bumper and others will be spaced away from the bumper even though centered. Is this attributed to a worn component and if so which one is it?
