Fall is the time when scenery in many areas becomes spectacular. Here in California, our color is a bit different. Here are a few shots from recent rides showing some local color, which is mainly vines. There is also some golden foliage and a wildfire (where else but CA?), and the random newt.

Unfortunately, we don't have a "typical" autumn in this part of the world. There are very few deciduous trees so we don't get the transition of colour between summer and winter that you get in many parts of Europe and the US. Which is a shame as it's beautiful to see.

But the Jacaranda trees in Spring are sensational :banana:
