Been to a few sights that have the group ready to ship (cheapest I've seen so far is $2100 out-the-door), but they only have 172.5 Crankarms. Anyone know where they're available with 175's ? (Seems like that's the way it always is with Shimano in the early goings of a new group.) Also, is anyone rolling with the new stuff yet, and how do you like it? ( I read the 11-speed cassette is fully compatible with Mavic K's, etc.) Jeff N.

very interesting read, after having the 7800 and 7900 groups
I will be looking at this closely,

not to open a can of worms but the Sram Red Shifting compared to the 7900 imo is more exact and does not need as much adjustment

please let us know more if you can

i dunno, for that kind of money, I think I'd rather get the 'old' Dura Ace di2 upgrade kit (or new ultegra di2)...

Say, after you get done putting on all that new and wonderful stuff, I'd be happy to buy that old junk stuff you took off. I buy junk parts, like D/Ace Ultegra, and 105. I'm one of those bottom feeders when it comes to parts.

Probikekit has it for under $2000 but only 53-39 172.5. Has anybody seen 50-34 172.5 available yet?

Quality Bike Parts, the biggest US distributor, doesn't have it yet.

Yes, you can put a shimano 11s cogset on mavic wheels and also DT, Fulcrum. No for any non 9000, 8/9/10s shimano wheel or hub. 9000 hubs are in the US now- Thankfully you can put a 8/9/10s shimano cogset onto a shimano 11s hub tho.

Most ways it works in it shows up on complete bicycles forst, OEM, then as components.
