As a Kid , I have something called Osgood-Schlatter.
It effects the knees.

Consequently, I can't really put any muscle into the pedal stroke,
especially on hills. Thus I have to sit and spin in low gears.

My bar height is slightly below my saddle height.

So which is preferred? Sit on my High Knee or be a poser with no knees?
