Looking for a 15-30min yoga routine that I can complete every other day. I know some basic poses but would hope for a video or infotorial if the routine is complicated.

I do core work every other day, so I figure adding yoga in the offer days would be a good idea for both my core and my inevitably tight hamstrings.

I've got (i think) an endurance athlete specific Yoga dvd. You can have it if I still do.

Also--I've tried lots of Yoga DVDs, and my favorite one by far is called "Pure Power" from a teacher named Rainbeau Mars. It's widely available on Amazon for under $10.

Try "The Athlete's Guide to Yoga" from Velo Press.

Also, see my PM.

I've used the "Yoga for Cyclists" dvd 1 & 2 by Yoga Ventures. Each dvd has a couple sessions of 20-30 minutes.

Its been available through VeloPress in the past. She does a very good explaining the poses..and it has improved my flexibility. A couple times a week really helps cyclists.

I'm not going to go into mine, because it sounds like you're getting pointed toward a good selection of sources, but let me say that it's SUCH a help to have a good routine for flexibility, stretching or yoga or anything like that. I was introduced to stretching by my junior-high track coach, and it's been integral to all my training since. If it's a twentieth the value to you it's been to me, you'll wonder how you ever did without it.

Always been curious: is flexibility and relaxation very prominent in professional-level coaching? It seems like it would be, because of its obvious benefits... and yet.

I came across this in the latest issue of bicycling: http://www.bikeyoga.com/
